Put <emuname>.lay and the graphics files into your layout directory. Where emuname is the same name as the emulator configuration ini file
i.e.
ini/n64.ini
files/n64.lst
layouts/n64.lay
setup the artwork for the layout through the layout editor. Make sure you give the layout artwork unique names so you dont overwrite other layout artwork
