| Type | Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| D | Direct | The program boots directly using the standard executable |
| L | Loader | A script or program which starts the main program executable. |
| W | Wrapper | A program which starts the main program executable, may stay resident in memory and modify the behaviour of the main executable (i.e. ESC to exit program) |
